As part of this tour you see and learn of the city’s most important attractions including: medieval defense city walls, Krakow’s old market square – the largest in Europe, Cloth Market Hall, St Mary’s Basilica, Poland’s oldest university – Jagiellonian University, St Franciscan Church and Wawel Castle Complex. You hear stories from the medieval times, development of trade, science and astrology of which Krakow was the main centre in the 15th century. The tour ends on the Wawel Hill where you learn of Poland’s golden age of glory and hear stories of royal life and romance.
